Vertigo Menyerang, Blogger Meradang
Apa kabar teman-teman semua? Pastinya masih tetap semangat ngeblog.
Melihat posting beberapa hari terakhir, saya pikir teman-teman sudah terlalu jenuh dengan artikel-artikel kontroversi buatan saya. Maka, posting kali ini saya cukup sharing aktivitas sehari-hari saya menjalani profesi sebagai manusia online sekaligus offline.
Menjalani profesi blogger sekaligus profesional muda tidaklah mudah. Bagi saya, waktu 24 jam seolah tidak cukup untuk menyelesaikan semua aktivitas. Kesibukan dimulai sejak pagi. Bangun tidur buru-buru cek email feeds, barangkali ada artikel baru dan menjadi pertamax di blog favorit.
Setelah itu telah datang kewajiban tugas nine to four, bukan ten to five seperti kebanyakan kantor. Dari order supplier bahan pokok, koordinasi bagian distribusi, membuat invoice bagi franchisee hingga diribetkan beberapa meeting yang tidak produktif.
Di sela-sela aktivitas tersebut, tak jarang saya menyempatkan diri blogwalking siang hari. Sekedar menyapa teman-teman blogger lainnya. Atau chatting dengan teman-teman lama via Facebook.
Sore hari menjelang, tiba waktu menjalankan side job sebagai konsultan cost analyst JFC. Tidak lama, sekitar dua jam per hari. Mengambil sampel data, membuat standard operation dan menyajikan hasil analisa pemakaian bahan dalam satu periode.
Nah, setelah semua aktivitas offline selesai, giliran mbah blogger memanggil. Sesudah isya’ saya sudah dipastikan duduk santai di depan komputer. Aktivitas blogging dimulai. Mulai dari mempersiapkan posting baru, balas komentar, bayar hutang blogwalking hingga mempelajari koleksi ebook yang numpuk segunung.
Melihat keseharian saya, beberapa teman mess ada yang berkata:
“Hati-hati berlama-lama di depan komputer, bisa-bisa di makan virus Trojan kamu!”
Atau ada juga yang iseng berkata:
“Tiap hari nongkrong di depan komputer, emang sudah dapat duit berapa dollar boss…?”
Saya hanya membalas ucapan mereka dengan senyum. Saya pikir tidak ada gunanya menjelaskan panjang lebar aktivitas ini. Biarlah saya jawab dengan bukti riil kondisi finansial saya. Hahaha… Jadi narsis nih!
Namun, akhir-akhir ini aktivitas ngeblog saya sedikit terganggu. Mungkin karena terlalu lama di depan komputer, penyakit vertigo mulai kambuh lagi. Saat vertigo menyerang, tubuh terasa berputar-putar, mual dan mulai hilang keseimbangan. Kalau sudah begitu, bawaannya ingin tidur terus.
Saat konsultasi ke dokter langganan, baru ketahuan kalau stress yang berlebihan adalah penyebab utama vertigo. Pada lingkungan yang mengandalkan pemakaian otak kiri (pemikir) cenderung terjadi perubahan tekanan darah secara cepat. Yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan vertigo.
Seperti biasa, obat-obat kimia menjadi solusi utama. Yang lainnya, perlu sedikit pengaturan ritme aktivitas agar tidak terlalu stress. Sepertinya, harus ada pencanangan program Ngeblog For Fun nih.

saya pernah tuh kena vertigo. waktu itu tidak tidur 3 hari makan ga tau berapa kali, minum kurang. waktu itu kerjain proyek festival musik rock betawi sejabotabek. langsung deh masuk rumah sakit seminggu.
jadi kalau kambuh lagi, saya buru2 cari kasur. angkat kaki lebih tinggi dari kepala.. (kata dokternya gitu)
istrahat yg cukup, minum yang banyak, dan hindari blogwalking yang berlebihan hahahahahha…..

Sebagai Manusia yg msh Aktif Full diBisnis Off Line, Saran sy(berdasarkan Pengalaman Pribadi) Coba di switch waktu bloggingnya mas. Jadi sepulang kerja sampe dirumah Abis wktu Isya terus makan malam n langsung Tidur agak sorean mas(sebelum jam 21.00) dan Mas Agus bisa pasang weker/Alarm HP jam 03.30, n lakukan aktifitas Blogging sepuasnya sebelum Adzan Subuh. Hal Itu Sy lakukan Hampir Tiap hari dan Alhamdulillah Seger Jasmani & Rohani…Saya biasa lakukan seperti itu untuk nyusun Konsep Berkas2 penting untuk Perusahaan OffLine Saya, Sebab konon Sy dengar Berkarya & melakukan Aktifitas yg butuh konsentrasi tinggi jika dilakoni jam2 segitu Otak akan Full Fresh. Dan Saya merasakan hal itu. Silahkan dicoba. Tapi ini cuma Saran lho yaa.
