Menambah Ilmu Dan Memantaskan Diri Mendapat Kesempatan Emas
Akhir-akhir ini beberapa kawan lama mulai kontak saya untuk tanya ini itu tentang internet. Tanyanya macam-macam, dari hal ringan sampai yang berat. Mulai dari tips memilih modem, pilih provider, cara bikin email, bikin blog pribadi, cara mengisi konten website, promosi lewat jejaring sosial dan seterusnya. Saya nggak heran kalau ada orang bertanya demikian. Ini era informasi, hampir semua lini kehidupan diisi dengan internet. Jadi saya pikir wajar saja mereka banyak tanya.
Tapi yang nggak wajar adalah kalau mereka baru sadar internet sekarang. Padahal sudah sejak setahun yang lalu saya jelaskan potensi internet bagi promosi produk perusahaan dan pengembangan diri seorang karyawan. Waktu itu saya agak kecewa karena tidak ada seorang pun yang mendukung ide saya. Bahkan ketika ide social media marketing saya ajukan di hadapan para pengambil kebijakan perusahaan, ucapan saya dianggap angin lalu dan dipikir tidak ada relevansi dengan teknik promosi yang saat itu dipilih.
Tiba-tiba saya merasa bersyukur terhadap keadaan saat ini. Untung tahun lalu saya segera mengundurkan diri begitu sadar lingkungan kantor sudah tidak sejalan dengan ide-ide saya. Saya membutuhkan ruang berpikir yang mendukung kreatifitas diri, bukan rutinitas yang memasung kemampuan terbaik saya diatas kursi empuk jabatan. Dan saya makin bersyukur bahwa saat ini saya bisa menghasilkan pendapatan tidak kalah dengan kawan-kawan yang masih setia berkarir disana, dan ini semua saya lakukan dari tempat tidur.
Andai waktu itu saya tidak minat belajar ngeblog dan internet marketing, pasti butuh waktu lebih lama bagi saya untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan fulltime blogger. Lebih ekstrim lagi, andai waktu itu saya tidak tegas memutuskan keluar dari kerjaan, mungkin saat ini saya masih harus keliling Jawa Timur audit dari satu outlet ke outlet lain. Saya bersyukur, di saat saya mulai menuai hasil dari bisnis internet, justru teman-teman saya baru mulai belajar chit chat via Facebook, chatting dan nge-twit. Level tersebut sudah mulai saya tinggalkan dan beranjak ke level berikutnya.
Jadi apa kesimpulannya? Siapapun Anda dan berada di level apapun saat ini, adalah wajib untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuan diri. Jangan menutup diri terhadap perkembangan jaman. Rutinitas seringkali tidak bisa diajak kompromi, namun Anda masih bisa berkompromi dengan diri sendiri untuk terus menambah value, potensi dan kompetensi diri. Anda tidak akan pernah tahu kapan keberuntungan datang dan menawarkan Anda peluang bagus untuk memperbaiki kehidupan. Pantaskan diri Anda menjadi orang yang layak mendapatkan kesempatan emas itu.

sama mas agus, dulu 5 tahun yang lalu, saat main blog masih pake blogspot, temen2 sekolah banyak yang bilang gak banyak berguna, tapi sekarang mereka malah mikir saya bisa buat website, weleh2, ya saya iyakan saja, kalaupun mesin webblognya masih wordpress dan blogspot, setidaknya saya lebih paham dibandingkan teman2 yang baru belajar sekarang, coba dulu mereka juga ikut dengan aktifitas saya, hehe.
Tuh kan, pahlawan memang menang belakangan

saya juga dah nggak kerja kantoran, meski income belum setara dengan gaji terakhir, namun setidaknya, klo nggak ngapa ngapain income tetep ngalir…
tetap semangat mas. Tuhan nggak pernah tidur kok.

Dulu ane mulai internet marketing dari seblum masuk kuliah,skarang sampe lulus kuliah.Dulu babe ane ga terlalu percaya,sekarang malah minta diajarin jualan di internet ixixixixx. .

Kalau masalah seperti orang gaptek diatas,ane juga jengkel minta ampun.Apalagi internet cman buat lihat bokep.Ane sudah mulai membuat web http://www.internetseru.com,moga orang2 gaptek dan awam bisa tahu kekuatan internet yang sebenarnya.
Wow, cerita yang menarik. Orang memang lebih mudah menjatuhkan mental kita daripada mendukung. Tapi seiring berjalannya waktu akhirnya bisa juga meyakinkan orang tua. Selamat ya!
ternyata kita senasib ya mas agus, cuma konteksnya saja saya masih berada dalam ruang lingkup dunia kemahasiswaan, dan masih mengenyam pendidikan di sana. Kadangkala saya berpikir, agak susah mensejajarkan pola pikir kita terhadap mereka, karena pada waktu itu kita belum punya posisi bagus untuk pantas didengar. Akibatnya, setelah berlalunya waktu karena kita telah berada di level yang berbeda, hasil sebab akibatnya pun menjadi berbeda pula.

Memang nggak mudah melakukan hal yang menurut kita benar dan itu keluar dari kebiasaan pada umumnya. Jangankan untuk berbuat jahat, punya niat baik pun kita masih sering dicurigai. Namun waktu yang akan membuktikan siapa yang layak maju meneruskan langkah.
Kayaknya kebanyak deh yg nagalami hal seperti itu ya kak,,, saya sendiri juga seperti itu sampai-sampai saya dibilang ngelakuin hal yg ga bermanfaat,,, dibanding temen2 sma dulu yang sangat serius belajar hehe,,, saya malah asik2an cari info bisnis di internet… tapi bener banget yang diakhir ,,, kita harus meningkatkan kemampuan n jangan menutup diri … thanks ya kak…
mencari info terkini dan selalu belajar adalah kebutuhan pokok seorang blogger. nggak apa-apa sekarang agak menderita sedikit, nanti akan terbayar kok.
